We shared the plantain appetizer with the beef on top, I got the Caribbean salmon and my husband got a mojito and a white meat chicken dish. Everything was amazing. Food was as we remembered it from previous visits years ago...delicious. Lobster bisque and potota leek soups were beautifully lighter in body in contrast to what you may have experienced with others of the same type and full of flavor.
