Sharps RoastHouse has been voted one of the best Seatac restaurants. We are a local restaurant and bar next door to Seatac Airport (Seattle International Airport), just outside of Seattle. For more than 20 years, Paolo’s has been bringing the taste of Italy to Kent. Paul Raftis founded the restaurant after growing up learning to cook along side his mother, Darlene Raftis. He enjoys the open kitchen he can chat with guests as he works. He never tires of hearing "It smells so good in here!" As a marathoner, he is living proof that that you can eat Italian and be healthy. In fact, one of his signature dishes, "Fettucine Paolo" was featured in Runner's World magazine. "It's one of the dishes I developed, it has no cream in it, no butter." It's a delicious pasta dish that utilizes olive oil, garlic, chicken stock, garlic, balsamic vinegar, sundried tomatoes, artichokes, and chicken. So whether it's bruschetta, cioppino, pizza, or spaghetti and meatballs, Paul thanks each of you for choosing to dine here.

    We had a wonderful Thanksgiving buffet there with my family. It was very easy to make reservations through OpenTable. Copperleaf is location in the Cedarbrook Lodge. Beautiful location... Even though there were a number of people dining there at the same time, Everything was organized and well planned. Lots of food options available at the buffet. I particularly liked all the salad options they had. The Thanksgiving turkey was perfect. Our table was in a quiet dining area close to windows that overlooked the hotel grounds. The staff were very helpful. They would be the main reason I would return. It felt like a very special place.

    What a fun night out!! I’m still smiling. Loved the flamenco guitarist, Sebastian, as well as the flamenco dancers. Food was yummy, service was great in spite of the packed house. I can’t wait to return for the next show!

    We went to this restaurant for casual dinner meeting. We ate unlimited Korean BBQ for dinner menu. There were so many choices of meats and korean side dishes. Great customer service from professional staffs , and wonderful foods. We had perfect dinner meeting at this restaurant. Absolutely, we will come again this restaurant “The Palace Korean BBQ” in Federal Way, WA.
