Before the James Beard Award and the Gourmet Magazine review, Lotus of Siam was a small little hole in the wall located in Commercial Center in Las Vegas. It really was outstanding! My only complaint was the music was very much of an odd choice. It was almost like 90's rock which I felt was off. The food was amazing especially the roasted chicken and crab cakes. My favorite part of the meal would of had to been the bread appetizers. I would come again just for the bread. The meal was pretty expensive but definitely worth it. My party was treated so nicely by the staff. I would definitely attend this establishment again! New restaurant added to my favorites!

I love this restaurant. The food and service are outstanding, the ambiance is nice and it is very quiet so you can have a conversation without shouting, something hard to come by in this area. We will definitely be back.

The food at Jade 16 was so delicious. Great selection, flavorful dishes, and outstanding value. The only issue was that the server did not come often to check on drinks, etc. and the restaurant wasn't busy at all. Overall great experience and I will definitely be back!
