Gilson offers an all day menu focusing on Italian cuisine and seasonal flavours.     We had a lovely table for 3 (the only other option was outside) & my other 2 guests were elderly. They did manage the daunting stairs & the lunch was perfect 👌🏻. Kirsten, Marco, Francesco & others provided exceptional service., no hovering around the table is a bonus, but attentive to our needs. The menu, both food & wine, were perfect- well done chefs. The fact that this quality restaurant is open on a Monday is also a bonus. We are visiting from SA & will send all our friends to dine here. Grazie mille.

    We had the degustation menu. The food was excellent, the staff were just the right amount of attentive and very pleasant, wine a little pricey. We left full. We will definitely be back.

    Sophisticated, exquisite Japanese food. Great inventiveness and visual pleasure. It’s a knock your socks off experience, especially for those who only eat sushi and sashimi. Great value for the money. I took friends there who were blown away.
