The brothers and their families are proud to represent their heritage and culture in warm and inviting restaurants enjoyable by all.The El Basha restaurants have grown throughout the greater Worcester region with locations now in Worcester, Westborough, and Sudbury. As the brothers have grown the business, they continue to work on expanding the menu to include plates from other cultures, such as American Steak and Seafood.

Dante and his team are the new-kids on Moody Street, Waltham but old pros in the Boston area. Dante has been cooking in his home town of Abruzzo since 1979. His passion for cooking grew as explored the all the flavors and recipes of the Adriatic Sea which surrounded him.     Took my wife and my mother here for an early Christmas dinner on 12/23. The food was exceptional and well priced, our cocktails were fantastic and our server Sergio was remarkable. Highly recommend this spot to anyone looking for a great experience in Waltham. Will be back for certain!

    This was our first visit here and we were pleasantly surprised by everything this gem had to offer. Service by Kendall was genuine, sincere and always with a smile. Our dishes were exceptional and bursting with great flavors. The bruschetta was delicious and my chicken piccata was perfect. We will definitely be back!

    Magnificent hidden gem in the Sudbury area! Highly recommend making a reservation as they were quite busy (we went around 7PM on a Friday night). Although busy, the staff were highly attentive, friendly, and comforting. As a party of two, the small portions of baba ghanouj and tabouli were perfect. The rakakat was incredible on it's own although paired nicely with a little baba ghanouj on top. Our number 1 mistake is having eyes bigger than our stomachs! We possibly could have shared a beef shawarma but instead both came home with leftover beef shawarma dishes. Cocktails tasted exceptional and felt larger than the typical cocktail served elsewhere (never a bad thing).
