Great entrant for nice dining in Summit NJ. Good food. Good service. Great atmosphere. Great parking. In the historic Grand Summit Hotel (which is now called something else). Very loud though.

The restaurant is very nice and both of the Wait staff are French which adds a nice touch to the Ambiance. The Scallops were very good as was the Risotto, my wife loved the Butternut Squash soup (which was prepared very differently than usual) but wasn't crazy about her Chicken Stew dinner. It was more a choice she made than that quality of the food. The desserts were great, the Crepe Suzette was prepared beautifully at the table and the Crepe al Pomme and Poire was delicious as well. We will go back next time we are in town.

My 4th time there and it never disappoints! From the time you get greeted at the door until you leave it is an awesome experience. The staff works extra hard to make you feel welcome and at home. The food is incredible and you feel as if you are dining in Cuba. The atmosphere, music, small restaurant feel is perfect. Iggy the host is great! LuLu waited on us this time and she was great! Can’t wait to get back there. Paella Cubana, ox tail, Congri are my go to’s, but everything is delicious. If you like Cuban food, you will love this place! Make a reservation or you probably won’t get in.

Excellent service by all employees. Friendly demeanor, and checked in quite often to see if we were doing well.
