Street Disco is a constantly evolving restaurant and natural wine bar by Rising Star Chef Kyle Christy and his team. Starting as a pop up and becoming an industry favorite all over Portland Street Disco finally opened their doors in the Fall of 2022 in the Foster-Powell neighborhood of Portland.Menu changes frequently, expect oysters, plenty of veggies, tinned fish, rotating meat dishes and plenty of things grilled over charcoal. Walk-in's always welcome! Screen Door is a restaurant that presents itself as a love letter to the American South and the revival of regional cooking. Each day, the restaurant receives natural, local organic meats and produce from nearby vendors. The inclusion of regional Pacific Northwest ingredients into a menu of dishes developed in the south has created a unique flavor profile in Screen Door's menu. Many of Screen Doors dishes draw their inspiration from Louisiana and the Cajun cooking that's found there. These include our world-famous fried chicken, Lowcountry shrimp and grits, smoked andouille chicken gumbo and fried okra. Other items, like the house-smoked beef brisket and braised pork shoulder, come straight from the state of Texas. The rest of the South is well represented as well with a Carolina pulled pork sandwich, chicken and waffles, crispy fried oysters and a pimiento cheese & sausage biscuit sandwich with a fried egg and cheddar grits.

I have been here for dinner twice before, this was my first time for brunch. It did not disappoint. Wonderfully delicious and our waiter was a total gem. Will be back!

We each had something different , bananas foster, pancakes with apple/ cranberry crumble, seasonal vegetable scramble and every dish was welcomed wit a “oh, you have to try a bite!” Thank you, I try to bring my family once each holiday season.

Everything was delicious and well paired, for example the gravy really enhanced the fried chicken rather than overpowering it or making it soggy. Mac and cheese was just the right richness and texture. Cocktail was very tasty. Presentation of everything was thoughtful. Generous portions. I was super impressed with the quality, especially for a casual come-as-you-are restaurant. Would definitely come back if we lived in Portland!

One of my favorite restaurants. The cheese fondue is my go to by the pasta and pizza are wonderful. There is a nice variety of salads and they always have tasty specials. The service is spot on!
