A unique cross between a chop house and Crudo bar, Hook & Ladder features Certified A5 Japanese wagyu beef that will melt in your month. Dry aged Steak offerings including 32 days dry aged Porterhouse (28oz), 32 days aged Tomahawk Ribeye (40oz) that will taste decidedly beefy, much like a rare roast beef, while also taking on subtler hints of other delicious flavors. Crudo uses the Japanese technique of curing the fish making it more tender and flavorful. Finishing it with lime, lemon, and soy; featuring Wild King Salmon, Japanese Madai, Hamachi and more. White Dog Cafe is fabulous for a delicious breakfast/lunch meet up with friends. We have been here several times and this was the best so far. Our waiter was extremely helpful and courteous to our friend who is somewhat handicapped. The mushroom soup is absolutely delicious. They did not rush us even though it got very crowded as the afternoon wore on. I love the ambiance here, too. Very comfortable seating.

This was our 1st time at Daniels. We were pleasantly surprised by the meals we were served. Everything was delicious - trout, pork chops, sirloin steak caps, oysters, etc. Josh was an excellent host and ensured all was good. Despite being a new waiter, MJ gave us good service.

It was our first time at Hook and Ladder but it won't be our last. The food was outstanding and the atmosphere was lovely. We were one of the first tables of the night to be seated and I wasn't thrilled about being placed right across from the restroom but that was the only negative aspect of our evening. The spicy tuna starter was amazing and I had the Chilean Sea Bass signature dish which was out of this world! My husband had a steak and caesar salad both of which he raved about, and we shared the creamed spinach which was also delicious. We were so full that we couldn't even attempt dessert. Definitely a place we will visit again!!

The drinks and smoothies were healthy, tasty and not too sweet. The food was good. Our server Brandon was very personable, and we enjoyed our time.
