Toku’s cuisine is predominantly Japanese with influences from China, Korea, and South East Asia. Ingredients and cooking techniques throughout the world create the Modern Asian menu. Owners Gillis and George Poll have dined all over the world, and have come across a variety of dishes that have really impressed them, “the best of the best.” According to Gillis, “We put together our favorites and added our own unique twists to them.” George emphasizes the menu’s ease and variety. “It’s a straightforward, casually written menu which allows you to dine any way that you’d like.” Guests may enjoy traditional meals with an appetizer, entree and dessert, or dine exclusively on sushi. Very much enjoyed entire dining experience at this restaurant. Relaxed ambience with minimal noise . Service was very efficient and pleasant . Good variety of foods offered on the Thanksgiving prefix menu which had appetizer, entree , dessert and hot beverage . Delicious and plentiful . Definitely will return .

Dishes that are inventive, without being silly or pretentious. Try the Peking duck salad. The salads are a full meal.
