At Babette, the husband and wife team of Joan Ellis and Patrick Hooker, are in the kitchen preparing each plate to ensure that their vision and taste profile are translated to each diner. The attention to detail are evident in not only the food they make but also the ambience they have created. The interior of the restaurant is natural brick and the couple have chosen a rich color palette of deep blues and greens for the walls.     Celebrated a friends 71st birthday...outside table was set for 10 when we arrived...very strong heaters and multiple offers of blankets made the experience perfect...Sunday brunch was even nicer with jazz music and no push or hurry from staff...over all an outstanding experience and will be back again as well as encourage others to go...Blueberry ricotta pancakes were awesome

    This is our second time here. We were seated promptly. Servers were attentive and food came out hot! Our paella was delayed because the restaurant accidentally gave our order to another. They compensated us with extra cocktails and tapas while we waited another 30 minutes for our paella. We weren’t in a hurry so it was great! We left very full and satisfied. The Paella Mixta never disappoints. The Carrellas (wagyu beef cheeks)tapa was tender and flavorful!

    Everything we had at RBK was delicious, from the creative craft cocktails to the vegan paella and the gluten-free chocolate cake. Beautiful decor and excellent service.
