The Steakhouse American grill gets William Jack Degel’s food and decor makeover, and the result is simply amazing! Featuring scratch-made appetizers, salads, burgers, sandwiches, seafood, craft cocktails, and specializing in STEAK. Uncle Jack’s has the look and feel of a 1900s warehouse in New York’s Famous Meatpacking District, complete with aged cement, raw vintage steel, subway tile, meat hooks, custom wallpaper featuring archival butcher photos, with flying pigs and steer heads mounted on the walls. Had a great experience. The Mother’s Day Brunch was exactly as described. Food was excellent. Something for everybody. It is in the hotel if that is a concern for you but my family thought it was “fancy” being in the hotel.
