Simmer Huang launched on the market in 2004. The main feature of its dish is to apply the traditional cooking method of ‘simmering’ to modern catering. It is cooked completely by the water of the food itself, without adding water to the pot. There are leeks served w/ white crab & a buttermilk dressing; Stella-battered scallop w/ chip shop curry sauce; Skate Wing served 'au poivre' & butter beans. For something sweet, there's Chocolate cremeux w/ hazelnuts...There is a Prix Fixe on Wednesday (£25 set menu & drink) and Sunday sees a long, lazy lunch service.
