位於Custom House​的優質早午餐餐廳

A long time fan of The Ivy Collection restaurants and this was my first experience at Canary Wharf branch. Overall the food was nicely presented and tasty except for the Sirloin steak. It was very salty and slightly over cooked - I asked for medium rare but it came 70% cooked. I had to sprinkle vinegar on the steak to wash off the saltiness. I was reluctant to complain because I didn’t want to come across as difficult or impolite so I ate all I could and got my son to eat the rest to avoid wasting food. When I asked for the bill the waiter asked us our views on the food and that’s when my son prompted me to commen on the salty steak. In the end the waiter didn’t charge us for the steak as it didn’t receive 100% customer satisfaction. Very professional and attentive of him/ the restaurant.

Eadn was definitely a good vibe! Loved the food (mac and cheese bites, calamari) but wish the food with mash actually came with a good amount… not just placed in bits for aesthetics. Drinks I think can be priced a little lower but still decent. Good vibes and service as well

Wow, we heard a lot about this lounge and it did not disappoint! Loredana was great and took good care of us. Everything was good, pizza, cocktails, shisha and the vibe was fun…will definitely come back.. Thanks for a fun evening x
