So you ask why Wanda Byob? Wanda Pollyana Boos/Lipot was my Mother and my inspiration to become a Chef. Wanda was an amazing cook who actually had some serious training in her country of Trinidad and Tobago. In fact, one of my most prized mementos is my mother's... her cooking manual from Naparima Girls High School in Trinidad. What started as my mother's inspiration many years ago has turned into a career that I love and am very proud of. So here I am, my mother's son, who has spent 38 years in the kitchen, perfecting my craft. I now want to share what I've learned with all of you in a place I can call my own.With the help of my wonderfully supportive wife, Gilda and my wonderful family behind me, I look forward to what's to come. I just went there tonight for Christmas eve with my husband and two teenage kids. We do not usually go to restaurants during holidays. As usualy, very busy and bad service. Firebirds was a full-house and I lowered my expectations. We were seated at our 6:30pm reservation and a server was promptly at our table taking our drink orders with a smile on her face 😀 All four of us ordered the 3 courses for $39.95. We were very satisfied with the portions and taste! We had a wonderful family dinner and will definitely go there again. I highly recommend it. 🍸 🍹 were delicious as well 😋

The drinks and smoothies were healthy, tasty and not too sweet. The food was good. Our server Brandon was very personable, and we enjoyed our time.
