Had been wanting to come to Prima for some time and it did not disappoint! We got the steak tartare and Caesar salad to start and they were both outstanding. Great flavor on the steak tartare and Caesar salad had dressing and cheese in every bite. For our mains, we got the veal chop Parmesan and the rigatoni vodka and they were both so flavorful and generously portioned. We left full and happy! The cocktails were also original and refreshing. Will definitely be back!

I had another amazing experience at Bricco! The atmosphere is always welcoming and vibrant, making it the perfect place to relax and enjoy a great meal. The food quality never disappoints – each dish is crafted with such care and full of flavor. Whether it’s a casual night out or a special celebration, Bricco never fails to deliver top-notch service and mouthwatering dishes. Highly recommend it!

We had an incredible dinner at The Hermitage Inn after a freezing cold ski day. We were seated by the fireplace and the warm bread was a welcomed start. My daughter had the hermitage burger and I had the sirloin with Yukon mashed potatoes. We ended the evening with a warm chocolate chip cookie with ice cream. While we were seated we chatted with one of the owners and then got to see the incredible wine cellar. It doesn’t get better…

We started off with the "small" cheese plate--3 cheeses. And while the cheeses were all excellent, it was not small at all! There were only two of us, and this easily could have served four or even six! Needless to say, we took half of it home. On to the Estate Greens salad, which was delicious. I had the Cornmeal Crusted Cod, and it was done perfectly--tender, flaky, tasty, with a wonderful sauce/stew that was almost like a chowder, containing shrimp, small sliced potatoes, bacon, and chives. I'm normally not a big cream sauce guy, but everything just "worked" together beautifully. My wife had to House Made Pappardelle (and this was the widest pappardelle I ever saw!). She thought it was excellent, but was maybe a little light on the mushrooms. Our table was toward the front of the restaurant, with a great view of the fireplace. We even got to sit there for a bit before our cheese plate was served. As it was Valentine's Day, we skipped dessert because we had a box of chocolates and some fresh strawberries waiting for us at home. But the Maple Bourbon creme brulee looked really good!
