Adele’s restaurant in Nashville is a partnership among Ken Levitan and Howard Greenstone of Red Pebbles Hospitality. The restaurant features an open kitchen with a large fireplace grill, wood-burning oven, white quarter-sawn oak bar, chef’s counter, and heated outdoor dining patio with umbrellas. The menu at Adele’s focuses on seasonal, accessible comfort food sourced from local farms and purveyors. The restaurant is open for dinner nightly and offers a wonderful weekend brunch from 10:00am - 2:00pm. Adele’s provides free parking in the first 2 rows of angled parking spots located directly in front of our building (validation required). The salmon was fishy and not fully cooked but in their defense they did explain how they were cooking it, just wasn’t prepared for it to be raw in the middle.

We celebrated my wife’s birthday here today. We had the seafood all you can eat brunch. It was an ex extraordinary meal. Everything was fresh and delicious and we had more than we could eat. Was wonderful ambience and they even gave my wife some birthday chocolates. Five stars all around. I really appreciate the free valet as well.
