The Grain House Restaurant is located on the picturesque 10-acre estate of the Olde Mill Inn in Basking Ridge, NJ. The Grain House structure was originally built as a barn in the 1760’s and was used to store grain for American Revolutionary soldiers. The barn was later moved to its current location and opened as a restaurant in the 1930’s. Today, the Grain House is a renowned restaurant in North/Central New Jersey, with a comfortable, casual ambiance. There is no place quite like End of Elm. The variety of small plates and beautifully crafted cocktails, all served expertly by helpful and attentive staff in a room with rotating art pieces on the walls, combine to make this an unforgettable and highly satisfying experience. It is decidedly pricey but well worth it.

Ok- finally made it here for my moms 71st Birthday! We had a really enjoyable dinner! They needed a place like this in between Morristown and Hackettstown. Solid Food and the Ambience / music made the night.

This was our first visit and we've heard great things about the food, especially the pizza. Everything was delicious down to the Mozzarella sticks and wings. We tried the famous thinny thin pizza and a pepperoni pie with hot honey called easy pizzi. So good! The service was great and our big group of kids/adults really enjoyed ourselves.
