Ilan Cohen is a self-taught chef who began his career in Jerusalem, Israel more than 20 years ago. Along with his wife Lauren they opened Falafel Bistro & Wine Bar in 2007, DVASH’s sister location, and has been serving authentic-Israeli cuisine to the South Florida community for more than a decade. Just a fabulous experience here tonight. We dined here this evening to celebrate my birthday. Our party of 4 split the macaroni and cheese appetizer and then 2 of us had the brick chicken and 2 had the filet. Everything was delicious and cooked perfectly. Service was impeccable. We will definitely return here the next time we are in Palm Beach.

Thanksgiving dinner buffet was outstanding, decorations, service, food even better than last year. All drinks were included, wine, soda, classic alcoholic beverage, even valet was complimentary which was very nice didn't need your valet. Also want to point out the sea food, caviar was outstanding.
