位於Pohénégamook​的優質早午餐餐廳

Nous étions quatre. Nous avons très apprécié le service de Johann. Tout le personnel était très attentif. La nourriture était excellente, particulièrement les deux entrées. Il s’agissait du menu spécial du 24 décembre. Le dessert était divin. Nous n’avons pas choisit l’accord des vins mais plutôt deux bouteilles recommandées (un blanc et un rouge). Il est possible que nous soyons de retour le 31 décembre…

Souper du 24 décembre formidable, le menu accord mets et vins était parfaitement conçu. Notre serveur, qui travaille au resto depuis 27 ans connaissait son menu, ses vins et surtout était vraiment sympathique et malgré une soirée très très occupée, il a pris le temps de nous faire rire, sourire, il a su faire un différence dans notre expérience. Toute l’équipe était également très attentionnée. Le band était très divertissant, composé de musiciens de qualité. Merci à tous, nous avons hâte d’y retourner!

My sister and I always celebrate "Christmas Eve, Eve". This year, we were gifted a dinner at Gaspar. What a treat! The restaurant was so beautiful, with its stone walls and beautiful artwork. We were greeted at the front door by staff who quickly helped us remove our coats, which is rare in Montreal. Our waiter was superb...just the right amount of attention. The food was extraordinary! From the Foie Gras pate and Bison tartar appetizers, to the Beef Cheeks and Filet Mignon, you can't go wrong. I will definitely come back!

I had a great welcoming, a perfect table, excellent service, love the menu, the caviar and beef Wellington are delicious. I had an amazing dining experience once again and I will go back. I would only enjoy having valet service, specially in winter, it’s so convenient and would be part of this premium experience.

Great food, great place to go eat French cuisine. Highly recommended
