Come to discover Hour 43!Restaurantes Carolo, named after a variation of the Italian form of “Carlos”, was the first company of the group, created in November, 2007. It represented an innovation for the creative needs of Carlos Gómez Senderos and his love for bakery. The first restaurant of the group-Carolo Bosques-was created for Carlos to have a place to work.
