Hemisphere also features an incredible wine selection and cuvées. We are located on the ninth floor of the Hyatt Regency Orlando International Airport with convenient access to downtown Orlando, the Interstate 4 business and tourism corridor, as well as the neighboring Lake Nona community. A great place to dine or relax before/after your flight or with complimentary valet parking, it's an unexpected but excellent option for Orlando & Lake Nona area residents!

“This is food the way we like to eat,” says Joe Davi, Founding Partner at Nona Blue.Davi and Bill Bona, also Founding Partner at Nona Blue, saw American dining trending toward smaller portions with different tastes; sharing at tables had always been an option, now it was being encouraged. As the vision for Nona Blue began to come into focus, Bona and Davi began crafting their “Shareables” menu, featuring items that can be passed among an entire table or serve as a meal for a single guest.

    Our favorite local spot - food and service always outstanding! From the courteous hosts to outstanding wait staff and creative bartenders, we always feel like we’re treated as special guests. Enjoyed a few specials last evening - shrimp cocktail was super fresh with large shrimp and chili was fantastic. Some of the best cheesecake for dessert topped the meal. Evelyn is a tremendous waitress and Tucker our fave bartender. We’ll be back soon!

    Garni Café was a wonderful experience with very friendly staff. Our server Briana was phenomenal, her customer service was superb! Briana recommended the Smoked Beef Bourguignon & the Deviled Eggs, both were delicious! We also tried the Banzino another very flavorful delectable dish!

    We went for my birthday. Four adults and dogs. We had an amazing server. The restaurant was packed, as it was the last Sunday before Christmas. He was excellent. Got us everything we needed. He was pleasant and accommodated our special requests. It was a very enjoyable experience.

    Excellent as always… great views, superior service, broad wine selection, and the lamb chops were amazing! If you are staying at the Hyatt at the airport it is very convenient and highly recommended, we look forward to Hemispheres every time we come to Orlando.
