Hubby had the pork chop, and I had the duck. Both were excellent. Everything single little thing on our plates tasted amazing and obviously a lot of thought had gone into all the melding of the flavors. Highly recommended.

Another fantastic meal and evening at E3! One of our favorite spots to dine every trip to Steamboat! Chef Brian always takes great care of us and is always so creative with his dishes. The staff is always amazing and for years has always provided excellent service.

We truly loved our experience here! Having to take the gondola to get there was so fun. The views were remarkable - we recommend going for a seating around sunset. The food was great, but our server, Jaclyn, made the entire experience. She was so personable, fun, knowledgable, and helpful. She took pictures of us outdoors, gave us recommendations for things to do during our visit, and was just such a lovely and wonderful person all around. We liked it so much, we went back the next day with friends for brunch.

Definitely will return. Sunday Burger Night was great!

I’ve read the reviews before heading to the Cabin for dinner. I had been aware of the service issues but took my chances and besides I had a Steamboat gift card I need to spend, so we went. The place was 3/4 empty and it felt like we came way ahead of our time but it was 7pm. That didn’t bother us. The place looked like been built 20 plus years ago and resonates a mix feel of a fine restaurant to a diner, couldn’t make up my mind. Now to the service- the waitress came by as soon as we were seated, but all she said with a heavy foreign, yet comprehensible accent, that she would be right back with us. She did come back in literally a minute and asked what we wanted but we didn’t have time to decide. When I asked for a Campari as a drink she didn’t even know what it was and after checking with someone came back with various options snap shot on her phone, none of which were my drink. I just went to the bar and they sure did have it. We had a few other awkward moments with our waitress where she would be asking us every time she would pass by our table “is everything ok?”- that sounded like we were in trouble or were worrying about something. But I knew it was just the language issue. The food was good but the risotto in the Arctic Char and pasta in the Beef Raghu seemed undercooked.
