Frank Mac's. Gin & Cocktail Bar The original 1840s sandstone walls of the building Frank Mac’s now occupies a 120-person capacity bar which flows from outdoor seating on George Street, across two levels and into a back courtyard. Whereas the downstairs space feels cosy and intimate, dotted with vintage leather banquettes, dark jade and light orange velvet armchairs, low tables and a fireplace, the ground level you’ll walk into off George Street will reflect the energy of the bartenders working behind the almost five-metre-long oak bar. A handful of bar stools provide the perfect vantage point to take in the cocktail mixology while the dark velvet curtains, worn leather banquette seats and cosy fireplace of the ‘Snug’ provides groups of up to eight with a private space to retreat and relax.

Babylon Rooftop accepts reservations all year round with seasonal minimum spends. Please refer to the booking widget and your specific date for the minimum spend. We take groups of 15-30 guests. For all smaller groups and parties that do not wish to prepay a minimum spend, the venue is available on a walk-in basis. Share style group menus may apply over peak periods. The rooftop offers our meze menu only, if you wish to dine on the restaurant menus, they are only available in our Restaurant. Reservations for the Restaurant inside can be made through the "Babylon RESTAURANT" open table.Additionally, we take bookings of all party sizes for our Limoncello Brunch every Saturday and Sunday with arrival times of 12pm, 1pm or 2pm.     Lovely mood and setting. Wish I'd picked outside however with the weather lately it felt risky. Sun set and water views still seen from every table inside. The food was delicious only disappointment was the ravioli which was sold out; I'll just have to go back to try it and eat earlier!

    Happyfield was my first choice for my birthday breakfast! It was clean, the styling is great, staff are friendly and the food is delicious! The staff sang happy birthday to me and gave me a cookie, which was so nice of them! We had a great time.

    We have an excellent dinner at Maiz. The margaritas were really good, all the dishes were authentic and tasted delicious. The standout dish was the pulpo, it was so tender and the dish had great flavour combinations. The dessert was the only dish we didn't rave about, it tasted like a granola bar with some strawberries and yogurt. Maybe it was an off night! maybe we didn't choose well? It wouldn't stop me from returning though. The customer service was great, and all in all, a lovely evening at reasonable prices.
