So you ask why Wanda Byob? Wanda Pollyana Boos/Lipot was my Mother and my inspiration to become a Chef. Wanda was an amazing cook who actually had some serious training in her country of Trinidad and Tobago. In fact, one of my most prized mementos is my mother's... her cooking manual from Naparima Girls High School in Trinidad. What started as my mother's inspiration many years ago has turned into a career that I love and am very proud of. So here I am, my mother's son, who has spent 38 years in the kitchen, perfecting my craft. We were a four top on Christmas evening. We arrived on time for our 7 pm reservation. Check in was crowded but they quickly got us to our table. The staff was amazing, especially our server, Barr. He was informative, friendly and a great waiter. The food was fantastic, arrived quickly after ordering. We all agreed we would be back soon!

A terrific experience start to finish. From Morgan, who checked us in and sat us, to Val our server who was efficient and gracious to Michaela, restaurant manager who checked on us during the meal, to the dishes themselves - everything was great. Our table ordered a wide variety of apps and dinners and they all were done very well. And the ambience is also very pleasant. 10/10
