We visit Echo a lot. It is our favorite Asian restaurant. Normally everything is perfect. However last night there were some challenges in the kitchen and we had to wait an abnormally long time for one of our entrees. Our server was great - offered us desert which we gladly accepted. Surprising to see a lapse in the kitchen - maybe short staffed due to the Holidays ?

This is our second visit and this restaurant does not disappoint. Corn lobster chowder was so creamy, my husband’s steak was perfectly cooked and celebrating his birthday with the most decadent chocolate cake ended the evening in pure joy! Will return soon.

Great location on Palm Beach Island. Excellent food and service. Can be pricey but you can be careful and still get to experience great food, atmosphere and service. Nice deserts too. Easy access, nearby parking.
