Joe was professionally trained at the prestigious Culinary Institute of America located in Hyde Park, New York.     We went there for my wife’s birthday. Service, drinks and entrées were great. I had the moussaka which was one of the best I’ve ever had and my wife had the Bronzino which she said it was very flavorful. I told them ahead of time it was my wife’s birthday. They brought us what they called a “cheesecake“ with a candle in it. I believe they call it some type of Greek cheesecake. I hate to say this but it was inedible. Not good at all. We wound up ordering gelato instead which was delicious. But I was surprised when they charged us $14 for the birthday cheesecake which was never communicated to me. Don’t get me wrong, this place is really really good. But I would avoid the “birthday cheesecake” and they should’ve communicated that they were charging us $14 for it.
