A typical food love story. A boy meets a girl while eating pizza. He attends culinary school and open’s a pizza restaurant named after the girl. Thus bringing us to Emily! The Manhattan iteration of the Brooklyn based pizzeria centered around a historic brick oven and comforting food. Emily has earned a following for its signature Detroit-style pies and award winning burger. The pizza here is rectangular (not round) and utilizes the "frico" technique, in which cheese is drizzled on the edges of the pie to create a crispy brown exterior. Beyond the main event, the menu extends to include salads and sandwiches, which shouldn't be ignored (think an attention-grabbing burger and a top-notch spicy fried chicken sandwich). We were pleasantly surprised with very good food and service. We know it just opened and expected delays on a Black Friday. However, they handled everything very well. Food and service were excellent.

Excellent!!! Emma our server was great!!! Every staff member was lovely. The food was excellent!! We told the GM to let the chef know it was amazing!! Food was delicious and my husband was impressed with the portions!! We will be back and enjoyed it very much!! Excellent!! Thank you for having a Thanksgiving Menu!

Soothr never fails - everything is just delicious! Dumplings for starters were amazing, the beef pad si wi so good and the tom yum delicious and spicy like we wanted. Highly recommend!

Food was very good. Server was attentive but lacked personality. Good vibe but very noisy even before the 2 man band. We love this place though. You won’t be disappointed.
