Our PhilosophySpecializing in authentic regional Mexican cuisine, our chef driven menu is rooted in traditional Mexican recipes. Time is our secret ingredient.     It was a very tasty dinner with the added enjoyment of musicians. We had a lovely table close to the water, so we could see the sunset. Definitely go back.

    Truly our best dining experience on Grand Caymen and our server Nikko curated an outstanding meal for us to enjoy! The Baba ghanoush was seasoned perfectly, followed by tenderly fried calamari and then on to tafka which was soft and beyond flavorful. However the BEST delight of our night was the stuffed eggplant and I will return just for this chef’s masterpiece. On a side note, we felt cozy and welcomed, as well as appreciated guests, which is truly special during the high season. I highly recommend and will gladly return! Enjoy!
