Chef Fowles, winner of the Jamaica Observer Food Awards coveted "Chef of the Year" 2016 and a two time Food Network “Chopped” champion, has for the past three years led the culinary team at Miss Lily’s Caribbean restaurant in NYC. Andre is now in residence at Skylark which is open daily serving breakfast, lunch and dinner. We invite you to enjoy our beachside bar and outdoor jerk smoke house and grill.
