FARM’s Chef Renè Xelo, who has been with the restaurant since its inception in 2016, has curated a casual dining experience influenced by the many notable purveyors from across the Hudson Valley, best known for fresh produce, sustainably sourced seafood, and delectable bread and pastries. FARM’s thoughtful culinary concept evokes the local experience of gathering together in a comfortable atmosphere to enjoy great food and drinks. The food and service at Brother’s Fish & Chips is always exceptional. We love celebrating special occasions here as well as coming for an ordinary night out. You cannot go wrong with the tasting menu if you do choose that option. Elmer is a genius in the culinary space! Thank you Brother’s Fish and Chips for always providing an outstanding experience.
