Silver Dove Afternoon Tea is a full service tearoom in Downtown Boston specializing in English style afternoon tea service. Steps from Government Center and the Freedom Trail, an experience at Silver Dove includes a pot of tea and a curated selection of finger foods. My girlfriends and I went to celebrate a birthday and received a complimentary limoncello shot and strawberry gelato! It was the perfect spot to celebrate! So fun and adorable!

We go to Amara to see our favorite waiter in the North End, Brian. We ate here two days- yesterday for lunch and again today for lunch. Brian always has a smile and remembers us, which makes us feel special. Wish more waiters were like Brian.

Food was magnificent! Service was outstanding! But like mist restaurants in the North End, they squeeze way too many “seats” into small space. It’s quite loud. Difficult to hear conversations at a table of 4 people. We were there for Christmas Eve so if was busy but I bet on a random Tuesday the experience would be much different and more enjoyable. I will say it was the best of the 3 North End restaurants I went to this week. I had pizza which was amazing! Better than regina. The pistachio martini was delightful!!!
