Paya is an exuberant, island-inspired restaurant and bar located on Miami’s South Beach founded by Mohamed “Mo” Alkassar and Chef Niven Patel, the duo behind FEAL Hospitality. Food was outstanding and far more than one could eat. Service was perfectly attentive - not hovering but there every time you needed them. It was a bit crowded. And finding a parking space was an adventure and expensive but other than that a magical experience.

This was my second time to Stubborn Seed and it was as wonderful as the first time. The staff went above and beyond to make my experience so special, including making me a sweet paper crane and letting me order some items to go. This is the kind of hospitality that makes lifelong memories. Jackie, Tokyo, and the rest of the team were absolutely fantastic.

Excellent service and food. Our server was informative and friendly He did a dessert for my wife’s birthday and she was thrilled. Definitely recommend it here. Portions a large. Don’t believe people who say they’re not. We brought some of our appetizers and half our entrees home. Try this place it doesn’t disappoint
