Ember is a destination dining experience with the highest quality of steaks and seafood prepared over wood-fired grills. The menu is complemented by a specialty cocktail menu, whiskey library and an extensive wine lists accompanied with highest level of service from our Sommelier and Service Team.The energetic dining space overlooks the scratch kitchen with views of our culinary team. A separate piano lounge with live entertainment adds to the dynamic vibe. Seasonal outdoor dining by the fireplace is also available. Please note we do have a dress code at Ember.We do not allow beachwear, gym attire including sweatpants, sweatshirts or hoodies. Athletic apparel, jersey's, baseball style hats, beanie's, bandana's, oversized or baggy clothing, flip flops, open toed shoes for men, tank tops and sleeveless shirts are prohibited.

The Italiano, the newest masterpiece by Chef Joey Maggiore and his team of culinary geniuses, located at 90th Street and Shea Blvd. in Scottsdale, the elevated Italian restaurant will be The Maggiore Group’s sixth concept introduced to the Valley’s award-winning dining scene.The Italiano exudes an ambiance of casual elegance, blending warmth with sophistication, while offering authentic Italian dishes that transport you to the very heart of culinary tradition in Italy.     Perfect evening at the perfect spot. Great food. Patio can’t be beat; well-lit and warm even at ~50 degrees. Alex did a great job taking care of us. The sliders (I think we tried them all), rotisserie chicken, prawns, burrata and prosciutto, buffalo chicken waffle fries, sangria, old fashioneds, brownie dessert…, everything was perfect. Thank you Mo for introducing our friends to your restaurant. We’ll all be back soon.

    Another successful dining experience at the Italiano. We opted for the Festival of the Fishes which was a special 5 course meal. Loaded with seafood, and other dishes..the only dish you pick is the entree. I ordered the Swordfish even to the server said it wasn’t her favorite, but out of the other 3 choices it sounded good. The description didn’t match what I received tho.. It looked like 3 rolled up breadsticks. The actual swordfish was very thin and wrapped around some ground Saleme…it didn’t look appealing at all. Would not suggest or tbe menu needs to be more clear. Everything else was very good, except the weird sticky cookie type crackers they served with the Rainbow cake for dessert.

    Ember was a wonderful choice for our Christmas Eve dinner! Jean, our server, makes sure that you are well taken care of, providing helpful suggestions and providing excellent service. And the food was phenomenal, as it always is. We are looking forward to returning in the New Year!
