Since its opening, Brix 25 Restaurant has been hailed as one of the best restaurants in the Northwest. Brix 25° is Seasonal Northwest Cuisine. Chef/Owner Thad Lyman updates the menu seasonally and whenever the mood strikes, working with his team in an open kitchen. The menu is rustic and refined, rooted in Northwest products, embellished with classic cooking techniques. We are small and proud to be an intimate restaurant. Being smaller allows us to focus on delicious food, inventive hand crafted cocktails and a curated, Northwest focused wine list. Located on the waterfront in downtown Gig Harbor, our foremost goal is that every guest has a memorable experience. Experience the freshest family favorites in Uptown Gig Harbor at the Greenhouse restaurant.     We had the octopus, steak tartare, and red leaf caesar to start, and the mussels and beef pomodoro as mains. Everything was delicious, well balanced and flavorful. Our server Lindsey was friendly and attentive, and helpful with the menu. She made sure we had a fantastic meal. Cute restaurant, nice location with great views of the water. Definitely recommend!

    This is a very nice place to eat whether it is for a special occasion for two or a nice lunch. We have been here just three times -- once for lunch and twice for dinner. Each time the food and drinks were absolutely perfect and delicious. I believe the cost is worth the value; not overpriced. I highly recommend this place.

    Amazing as always!! The food always wonderful in taste and presentation. Our favorite is the Chowders, Advocado side salad with citrus basil dressing, Sourdough bread and the entire team. The attention to detail with service is on point we come back again and again.

    Great interior feel, well decorated, and an excellent spot for a date. Music was upbeat, staff attentive and friendly. Menu was robust, great price ranges for food and wine both. The “owners wine flight” was fantastic, highly recommend.
