A dinner at Sansei is always part of our annual visit to the Ka’anapali/Kapalua area of Maui. The food is always exceptional and the service excellent. This visit we started with the Tuna Carpaccio and the Cauliflower app - and then ordered the Shrimp Dynamite, Asian Shrimp with Crispy Noodles and Crunchy Island Spicy roll. All were amazing - so flavorful and perfectly prepared! While the portions seem to have gotten smaller, the overall price of the dinner was a good value. We highly recommend this restaurant when in this area of the island!

The buffet breakfast is absolutely delicious. They have a variety every day. My favorite is the waffles and the fresh fruits and the meat to order omelette station our server as well as the host. They’re very gracious and kind.
