The Harwood Arms re-opened in September 2008 after some much needed refurbishment. This rural haven in the middle of Fulham is a collaboration between Brett Graham of the famed Ledbury restaurant, Mike Robinson of the acclaimed Pot Kiln pub in rural Berkshire and Edwin Vaux from the famous Vaux brewery. Fergus Henderson’s original home of “Nose to Tail Eating” opened in a former smokehouse around the corner from Smithfield Market in 1994.Celebrating the finest of indigenous British produce and making the most of what is seasonally best whilst applying straight forward cooking techniques, St. John is now celebrated as one of the 50 Best Restaurants in the World and in 2009 was awarded its first Michelin Star.Nose to tail eating means that, where appropriate, every part of the animal should be put to good use in the kitchen and so along with Roast Beef and Lemon Sole, diners will find Rolled Pig’s Spleen, Kidneys and Ox Heart, Liver and Chitterlings as well as the Roast Bone Marrow & Parsley Salad, something of a ‘signature’ dish.

Amazing goose xmas dinner. The goose was cooked and served so that every bit was incredibly tasty and delicious, Nad before that an amazing mix of starters, pudding and clam times to follow.

Without a doubt the best afternoon tea we have had. The food was absolutely delicious and our server Dylan was so welcoming and nothing was too much trouble. We had asked before hand if our daughter could have plain ham sandwiches and it was all prepared for her without any trouble. We will definitely be returning next Christmas for festive afternoon tea at The Savoy Gallery.

We booked our table very early at 11:45 and we're the first ones in so could see the interiors and how they are laid out. Service was excellent, we had the festive tasting menu for 2, there was so much food, we struggled to get through it and left some. We took our puddings away in a box. Be prepared excludig alcohol to pay £75 - £100 per head for an epic experience. Would definitely go back. I took my daughter for her birthday as she wanted to go and it was fantastic.

Amazing food and cocktails and great service. On the more spenny side but the quality matches. Acoustics aren't great so as a result its v loud so not great for an intimate date.. more of a dinner with a group of mates vibe.
