Walk inside to an open kitchen, request bar seating to watch us cook over a live fire Santa Maria grill. Absolutely loved this restaurant and will return soon! The food and wine pairing were perfect. I ended the meal and wanted to start the whole thing again. Portions and pours were perfect to end feeling full but not overly so. Cannot recommend any stronger.

We enjoyed the Christmas menu, which was a special treat. The restaurant was quiet when we first arrived, and business picked up pretty quickly. It's always a delight to visit Chado.
