Paya is an exuberant, island-inspired restaurant and bar located on Miami’s South Beach founded by Mohamed “Mo” Alkassar and Chef Niven Patel, the duo behind FEAL Hospitality. It is a platform for Chef Niven Patel to pay homage to the insular cuisines of the Caribbean, Southeast Asia, and Spain’s islands, where he and Mo have either worked or visited extensively. The hostess' treatment was rude, she was very impatient and spoke in a disrespectful tone, the treatment of the waiters was excellent, they gave us recommendations and the conversation with them was pleasant, but the service at the entrance leaves a lot to be desired

We had a great meal. We had just arrived that evening and it was the perfect place to have dinner. Food was delish. The sports games were on tv and our kids played battleship from the stack of games they have. Was a lot of fun.
