Flint Creek Cattle Company is a new American steak restaurant that emphasizes ethically raised beef and sustainable farm practices. The dining area is extremely wide open and spacious. The ambiance and service were outstanding. The menu is well-developed and interesting. Some of the food like the burrata appetizer and the bolognese was excellent. We found the mushroom risotto and the beef short rib to be overly salty. Great drinks as well!

The food was outstanding as was the service! The only minus is the parking situation; had to go several blocks up a side street to find parking. However, it won't keep us from coming back to this wonderful restaurant! See you soon!

I have not been to this restaurant for probably 20 years. I was not disappointed. Our server was very professional but fun. The food was excellent. The restaurant was packed and full of energy. My only complaint the entire evening is it took quite awhile to have someone come over to take our initial drink order and it took some time after that to get our drinks (pet peeve). After that, the service was flawless and our group of 6 enjoyed our time there very much. I will not wait another 20 years to return!

Food and service were top-notch. The restaurant has high-ceilings and an open kitchen so it’s a bit noisy, but not so much that you have to shout at your table. Try the grits!
