Come dine with Michelin Guide awarded Chef Guillaume Robin at the Fabulous Wave Hotel. Influenced by the many flavors of Central and South America, and centered around a dramatic open theater kitchen, BACÁN is elevated yet approachable, innovative, and just a little bit unexpected.To ensure the most sophisticated experience, we politely request all guests be respectful in their choice of attire while adhering to the following guidelines. For gentlemen we consider tank tops, sleeveless shirts, ripped jeans and flip flops too casual for our restaurant. Ladies are encouraged to wear dresses and skirts, casual dress pants, or jeans (no rips) with a stylish top. All guests should refrain from wearing ball caps, team athletic wear or clothing with offensive language. Any guest denied entry due to our dress code can be accommodated immediately or in the future after adhering to our attire guidelines.For larger party reservations, please email us at dining@lakenonawavehotel.com.

    Reception was welcoming and host sat us quickly. Wait service by Kendra was great. She was cordial and made us feel very comfortable. Food entre were very tasty...Branzino and Red Snapper. Chef also had us taste/sip a special soup. That was warm and great for a cold night. Overall great Christmas eve dinner following church service.

    Last minute choice after reading reviews. Sebastian was a great waiter. My wife h had salmon that she said was great. I had the burger that was really good but the French fries were awesome

    My daughter chose Pine & Oak Tavern for her birthday dinner. Our food was delicious. I had the ribs with mac n cheese. The ribs were so tender and flavorful and the mac n cheese was delicious! My daughter had the mushroom ravioli with shrimp and she ate it all. We both cleaned our plates! The atmosphere was nice. It was very quiet and not a lot of people since it was a Tuesday evening. Our server Amelia was wonderful! Always checking on us and she was so pleasant! I would definitely go back!
