Come dine with Michelin Guide awarded Chef Guillaume Robin at the Fabulous Wave Hotel. Influenced by the many flavors of Central and South America, and centered around a dramatic open theater kitchen, BACÁN is elevated yet approachable, innovative, and just a little bit unexpected.To ensure the most sophisticated experience, we politely request all guests be respectful in their choice of attire while adhering to the following guidelines. For gentlemen we consider tank tops, sleeveless shirts, ripped jeans and flip flops too casual for our restaurant. Ladies are encouraged to wear dresses and skirts, casual dress pants, or jeans (no rips) with a stylish top. Knife & Spoon is the signature steak and seafood restaurant in the Ritz-Carlton Orlando Grande Lakes led by Chef Tyler Kineman. Absolutely wonderful experience in the newly redesigned Garni Cafe. Food was outstanding and our service with Kialani was amazing. We will definitely be back. Try the beef tartare (served tableside) and their spin on a boeuf bourguignon. Really delicious!

This was a first visit, but there will be many more. Knife and Spoon restaurant really deserves to regain its Michelin star. Amazing service, superb cuisine, very good ambiance. The Australian Wagyu filet is worth the premium, and the kimchi spinach as well as the macaroni and cheese provide an excellent accompaniment. The innovative Caesar Salad was delightful, and you should save room for the dessert soufflé.
