Knife & Spoon is the signature steak and seafood restaurant in the Ritz-Carlton Orlando Grande Lakes led by Chef Tyler Kineman. The restaurant was awarded a coveted MICHELIN Star in the 2022 & 2023 edition of the MICHELIN Guide Florida. The wines cannot be featured on our wine list. Knife & Spoon is conceived by Chef John Tesar who was called "the single most talented cook I ever worked with" by Anthony Bourdain. He then went on to open two restaurants in Dallas that have been named among the best in the country by Bon Appetit, Eater and Esquire. He has garnered praise from Food and Wine, and The New York Times and is a two-time contestant on Bravo's "Top Chef."

Great place for my 5 - 7 year olds to play while hubby and I had great food. Impeccable and warm hearted service by Daniel. Food was great for kids and adults. Not cheap but excellent value for the money. Best meal while we were here. Had excellent stay at the hotel and will definitely want to return.

Rosen Shingle Creeks Land Remembered Restaurant has to be one of the best we ever visited. It is a hidden gem! The restaurant is always excellent and well maintained. The atmosphere is awesome and the service absolutely excellent. I recommend this reastaurant to all my friends that visit the Orlando area and recommend that they ask for Simo the server we have had numerous times. The food is top notch. Chilian Sea Bass the best I ever had considering this is a steak house and known for the steaks they serve. You will not be disappointed.

The experience was nice with the waitress and the food was really good. I would definitely go back here. They catered to us when we told her that we didn't want certain things in the bowl so it was nice that they were able to do that.
