In the kitchen of this Japanese address near the Olympia Paris 9th, our chef RAOUL interprets the great classics of Japanese gastronomy, but does not shy away from links with French cuisine either. At dinner, the chef takes care to imagine the menu for his customers by offering an “omakase” in 7 Japanese tapas according to their mood and the seasons. The AO Japanese restaurant also offers, like the Izakayas of Tokyo, a menu of hot and cold Japanese tapas.     We got seated right away and had a nice table looking right outside! Our server was friendly and attentive. The timing of our meal was perfect and the food was delicious. We will definitely dine at Maddy again on our next trip to Paris. Maddy is highly recommend by us for your dining choice.

    Went for a dinner reservation in November, and we requested to sit on the terrace, but they do not serve dinner outdoors at that time (drinks only). Despite that, the service was great and the food was delicious. It's a more fine dining experience, so food presentation and service was elevated. Do note that they don't serve tap water - but do have unlimited still or sparkling water for 5 Euros per person.
