Flint Creek Cattle Company is a new American steak restaurant that emphasizes ethically raised beef and sustainable farm practices. The dining area is extremely wide open and spacious. There is a large, high vaulted ceiling in addition to floor-to-ceiling windows that lets in lots of natural light and lets guests feel like they are eating outside. Flint Creek's menu is an ever rotating selection of modern American cuisine. Went for brunch and it was excellent -- food, vibe, service. Great place to enjoy a meal with friends on a rainy Sunday. Have been at least 4-5 times to this restaurants and it has been very good each visit.

The food here exceeded our expectations, everything was really, really good. We had ahi crudo, carrots, polenta fries, and focaccia to start, and then 3 pastas and the scallops. Everything was delicious, well presented and excellent presentation. The waiter was lovely and very informative. And the prices while a bit high were worth it.

Wonderful venue to celebrate a special occasion (like a spouse’s birthday)! Service is top-notch and the food is nicely prepared & presented. This couple shared one appetizer, one small plate, the sturgeon entree, and a key lime pie—very satisfying! Do request bread for dipping into the sauce if you get the mussels.
