Rooftop bar serving craft cocktails and seasonal cuisine 15 floors above downtown in the AC Hotel San Antonio Riverwalk. Take in views of the San Antonio River Walk, Main Plaza and San Fernando Cathedral. Our food menu at 1 Watson includes Texas-inspired items such as smoked brisket tacos as well as three varieties of tostadas. Enjoy craft cocktails, beers and wines from select Texas vineyards and beyond. Our libations menu features cocktails made from Texas-made bourbon, vodka and gin. We have Reservations available for a percentage of our restaurant and the rest of the tables will be on a first come first serve basis. For all reservations, a two-hour time limit will be enforced.     alexis was amazing!!! her energy made our 4 year dating anniversary super special! everyone who passed by our table made sure that we were at home. thank you all so much management, bar staff, chefs and of course Alexis for making our night a special one. we did indeed get a food coma, but it was totally worth it! thank you all so much for the extra gifts and the n/a wine provided for us before dinner. love you guys!

    We went here for our 13th wedding anniversary. Where to start? Immediately, we were sat given complementary champagne. Our waitress Jewles was wonderful!!! Very, very on point. Checked on us frequently went out of her way on one of our requests. There was a small hickup with my husband's order, but right away, a manager came to explain the situation and wasn't a big deal to us, just more tad of a wait. Then 2 free desserts to end the night!!! Honestly, the whole night was good and food amazing! Jewels was 10+ stars for her waiting services if I could give that! Will definitely be back!
