Il Colosseo is an Italian restaurant that is a local favorite. The dining room here is small and intimate, which adds to the homey atmosphere the eatery provides. At the back of the dining room, Il Colosseo has an open kitchen where guests can watch as the talented kitchen staff prepares the food. My best friend and I stopped here for a very needed girls night after a longgggg work day and it was such a vibe! The atmosphere was perfect—great energy, music that set the mood, and a trendy yet chill setting. We tried a little bit of everything since we read the reviews and settled for the jerk chicken, tacos and wings, and the curry goat. Every dish was REALLLLLLY GOOD. The jerk chicken had a lot of flavor and wasn’t too spicy which we liked, the tacos and wings wad a good starter, the curry goat was tender and delicious. The drinks were trendy and tasty—definitely a highlight of the night. Whether you’re out with your bestie or just want good food and drinks, this spot won’t disappoint. We’ll absolutely be back.

That was a busiest Saturday night I have ever seen. Barely made reservation for 5 people, but table was ready when we arrived. Service was wonderful and the food excellent ! Red sangria is boosey and tasty . Worth every penny. When we were leaving there was a line to get in on the street.
