Hochi Mama was the God Mother of all aspiring street artists and rappers in the early nineties. An immigrant in the big city, she hosted underground art shows along with rap battles for the rejects; a place where you could just be at home, but with family. asha is a contemporary Australian restaurant with a Middle Eastern influence.Find us in the leafy suburb of Goodwood, Adelaide, 2 doors down from Good Gilbert. This intimate dining space has been designed to elevate neighbourhood high-end casual dining, transporting you in time and place. We have 3 distinct dining areas available, a hotel-esq bar with deep stools which will allow you to oversee Chef Scott Fox and his team cook for the restaurant whilst you can watch the hustle of the bar, with it's tall custom built cherry oak shelves, before you - we think this is our favourite spot. Alternatively, you may find yourself in our intimate bar booths wrapped in blue velvet and leather, these are very cosy and are best enjoyed with some of your best friends or family. Lastly, our main dining space will be for those who prefer a more formal setting with a little more space, banquette seating and dining chairs.

    Went here for a galentines dinner with my friend and we were both blown away with how yummy the food was! Absolutely obsessed with the king fish sashimi and crispy duck wontons. We got the feed me menu which was very reasonably priced and the mains were a good size. Cocktails were superb. Overall such a great experience, the staff were super friendly and accommodating, the food came out quickly and my taste buds will never be the same. Highly recommend.

    The vegetarian selection is still utterly rubbish. Why can’t there be one dish that’s actually not terrible or weird combinations. Also the slaw was pure mustard - the schnitzel was super crispy though
