Our visit to Nightingale was absolutely unforgettable. From the moment we walked in, the service and ambiance set the tone for an exceptional dining experience. The food was beyond incredible—each dish was thoughtfully prepared and bursting with flavor. A special shoutout to our server, Colwyn, who truly made the evening special. He was not only attentive and caring but also incredibly thoughtful with his recommendations. His warm and welcoming demeanor made our first meal in Vancouver a highlight of our trip. We couldn’t have asked for a better start to our time here. Thank you, Colwyn, and the entire team at Nightingale for such a memorable experience. We’ll be back! Pleasantly surprised, food descriptions were simple, kale salad exception the croutons amazing! Chicken delicious met balls exception with a kick and severed with cheese toast with basil.

I have been many times as well as ordered thru Uber eats often & this was the first time we had the group menu .. absolutely delish .. all the faves kept coming to the table .. highly recommend and book a group dinner here.. so great because you can try so much more .. we were 9 and all of the guests mentioned that they can’t wait to go back !
