Marky's Caviar Lounge located within The Guitar Hotel at Seminole Hard Rock, is a fine casual dining restaurant and cocktail bar. Chef Buddha Lo former Eleven Madison Park and Restaurant Gordon Ramsay London alum as well as the current Executive Chef at Huso New York has designed the menu by incorporating Modern American techniques. The menu features a wide variety of the finest ingredients sourced from around the world including: truffles, foie gras, wagyu, caviar and more. The Lounge is open Sunday-Thursday from 4pm to 11pm and Friday-Saturday from 4pm to 1am. Reservations for large parties are required, however we are able to accommodate walk-ins should we have availability. I’ve heard about this restaurant for years - I’m Italian and for the most part. I’m usually not impressed with everyone else’s experience. Well I was wrong. This restaurant deserves all of the hype and then some. The pulpo appetizer was excellent. I had the mushroom ravioli and it was incredible. My husband had the veal cannelloni. It was delicious. Our guests had the lasagne and veal in a tuna sauce (appetizer) - again outstanding. Don’t question your decision to go here - you will not be disappointed.

Hard Rock Cafe is my daughter's favorite place to celebrate her birthday. We love the energy and the vibe. We started with the Legendary Nachos. They were fresh, hot and the toppings were evenly spread out. Two of us had burgers - the Classic and Original Legendary. The burgers are consistently top notch and delicious. The birthday girl had the Margherita Flatbread and loved it. Mom enjoyed the Grilled Salmon Noodle Bowl. Everyone was happy! The birthday girl was treated with a complimentary ice cream sundae that she thoroughly enjoyed and shared. We like celebrating at the Hard Rock Cafe. I do consider it a bit pricier than other casual/sports restaurants but its worth it a few times per year.
