We had always wanted to open a restaurant, but never imagined we’d find one in such a perfect location. Next Door is the sister restaurant of Margaret, which, quite literally, sits next door to it at the corner of Bay St and Guilfoyle Avenue. Featuring a rolling 12-hour lunch-to-dinner menu, the bar brings you a selection of specially curated small plates such as Woodfire Grilled Peppers, Cherry Tomatoes with Oregano, Braised Zucchini with Mint, Chilli and Pecorino, as well as an amazing selection of Consorcio, Cuca, Pollastrini, Ortiz and Real Conversas tins with some freshly baked sourdough from Baker Bleu. The Bower is sensational. The food is divine (especially the Green Goodness Bowl) and the view over Manly and out to the Pacific Ocean is spectacular. Beyond words. The Espresso Martini at the Bower is the best I’ve ever had. 10 stars!

Christmas lunch was outstanding. Such beautiful table settings when we walked in and of course the beautiful view. The service was impeccable for such a busy day. The food was beautifully presented and delicious. Thank you Bathers for a wonderful Christmas lunch.
